Shelley has been involved in several areas of the financial, accounting and legal industries for the past 19 years; holding positions in sales and training.
As a Contract Trainer, she has rolled out new systems for several large Financial Institutions. Shelley has been involved with many Corporate Mergers, training all managers and employees on their new applications. She also has been a Training Consultant for a Medicare Call Center, opening a new office and preparing the Customer Service Representatives on systems and medicare knowledge.
While working for a large Law firm and Software company as a National Financial Applications Trainer, Shelley traveled approximately 2-3 weeks a month, training several financial systems to all levels of employees: Accounting, Legal secretaries, Attorneys, Directors, Management, as well as mentoring new trainers. Shelley has maintained Intranet pages through Frontpage and conducted many Webinars and Virtual Classes using iLinc and NetMeeting.
